I’m sure someone said it goes from when you requested payment so I would only be on 9th working day today unless you include the day I requested then 10th working day today ...

Still pending, I've had it a few times change on the saturday morning and in the bank sunday evening, let's see

I'm hoping it goes in my bank tomorrow. Last year it didn't change from pending to issued until it was in my bank

I think it will be next week now Luke as someone stated we had Easter this year and a bank holiday.. if it does get issued tomorrow which I highly doubt as it is a Saturday then we possibly will receive Monday/Tuesday.

I don't think the bank holiday makes much difference as last year the 6th was a Saturday. I put in on the 6th last year and received on the 18th which was a Thursday so still the same amount of working days as between the 6th and 18th this year

No it hasn’t .. if nothing by Monday / Tuesday I’ll give them a ring 

Ringing them won't do anything I'm afraid as they all get issued at the same time then the next load get issued like last year everyone on here all got there's on the very same morning they ringing them won't get your money any quicker just be patient it won't be long now 😊
