No point ringing them yet it's way too soon, it can take up to 4 weeks but is generally around 2, be patient guys, we'll get paid soon enough 😀

    11 days or 11 working day’s ?..
  • Put it this way, last year I submitted on the 29th April and the money was in my account on the 13th May - the 6th May was a bank holiday so technically that was only 9 working days (unless we are including the day I submitted as a working day too, so that would technically be 10 working days if we take out the bank holiday). I think anywhere between 9 and 11 working days, unless it's been held up by security checks etc. I also reckon that advisors are hit and miss and are trained to just give generic responses to get through the enquiries as quickly as possible.

That is correct 2 years ago I rang 3 times in 1 day straight after one another and spoke to 3 different advisers 1st told me they had sent the refund for me will be in bank in few days 2nd person told me my payment hadn't been sent and that it was on hold for security checks 3rd person told me that they had sent me a letter for more information anyway before my itrefund could be processed was around 8 days after this my money was in the bank and I never received a letter and no more information for my claim was requested... I guess what I'm trying to say to everyone is don't waste your time sitting in a long que on the phone because I guarantee what ever they tell you will be a lie and I am pretty confident most of us will have our money in bank by sometime next week
