Ringing up delays it from my past experiences just let it go through automatically and also takes upto 4 weeks so there is no point in ringing till early May at the earliest.

    Hey guys!

I was wondering if anyone is able to help me please!

the past two years for tax returns have automatically gone straight into my bank with out requesting it.

This year after submitting my request on the 6th my login was in credit by ££££.
i clicked on the request payment button and plugged in all my bank details etc. I did this the exact same day/time as a friend of mine and his has gone to “pending repayment” and mine hasn’t even come up on my repayment screen like it has done the past 2 years I’ve done it.

anyone able to explain why it’s not showing in my repayments section yet? Slightly worried as his is and mine isn’t :(

    many thanks guys!

Is there a option to request again?

Yeah I did that but the second time round I accidentally put my account number in wrong and won’t let me do another one for 48 hours 🙈
I’m guessing it was a system error the first time try again after 48 hours good luck!

Don't request it too many times as it starts another application I did this a few years back ended up waiting ages, just let it go through automatically and it should be fine.

Oh so I should of just left the first repayment request going 🙈 I’m guessing I have nothing to worry about. Just keep waiting?

Because I requested it again and put in my wrong account number, you think I should do a third one with my right details?

No nothing to worry about I'm only going off my past rebates when I requested payment more than once seemed to take longer. All went through fine though still.
