    DSG can't be trusted to sell a decent USB lead-why would you use them to a) buy an expensive TV, and b) install anything in your home involving drilling holes into the walls?
    Hardly surprising that a near 4ft TV is too heavy to attach into plasterboard, it needs to go into the studwork.
    Next time try Richer Sounds or JL.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
