The shop assistant today knew nothing about it.
Can anyone tell me how
I should get it please?
The a/c has been open for 4 months now.

They said the £10 would be added to the card every month,I,ve spent the £100 on the card, but, no £10 ,s have been added ?
Wasn't,t sure how you know, so asked the assistant, and she said nothing has been added since the £100.
I thought it would be added to card when next used, if applicable? Auto.
Sent m/s an internal message, but thought on here would wise!:beer:0 -

from T&Cs"So for the next 12 months (starting the calendar month after the switch is completed) when you deposit £1000 a month in to your current account and a minimum of two direct debits remain active, we'll give your M&S gift card a monthly £10 boost."
So if you switched in Feb, your fist month would have been March. Assuming you met the conditions I would expect your first credit this month (April) - assuming they pay after a qualifying month is complete.0 -
OK I have the answer to your question...or rather you will have when you read condition 6(b) of the switching incentive T&Cs.
Clue: You'll get your first top up within the next 13 days.
EDIT: alternate types faster than I do!0 -
heh, I had to type that out from the T&C. Could not copy paste from the pdf I referenced
on a related note - is there any way to check your gift card balance without going to the till in store?
thxIs it the following month then?
starts the month after you switch. The payment for that month is paid by the 15th of the following month.
So switch Feb. March is the first qualifying month. Paid by 15th April.0
