BT phone - call blocking not working

What do you mean when you say calls are still coming? The 6500 is not like the 8500 with Call Guardian (sorry missed the phone type in your link in your OP). The manual states that blocked calls (international and withheld) will still show silently and can leave a message. Is the phone still receiving withheld and international calls and the phone is ringing?

This appears to be the case, dial in from a withheld number and the phone displays the callers number is withheld but still rings as normal.

As a stop gap I've set VIP list and filter calls this way however I shouldn't need to do that as the unit should have the capability to manage the calls as set up to do.
