Has he asked if the credit notes work online.
They've offered a credit note and YOU have said that YOU like some of the ones on the online site, so that could be an option for him...0 -

I think exchanging the t-shirt is going to be the least of your son's problems. You need to be talking to him about the value of money, responsibility and basic sense. Forget the £100, it's gone, and it's best to address this problem of his before he takes out a £20K loan for a car he can't afford.0 -

im at a loss why someone would come on a money saving forum and tell us their sprog bought a t shirt for more than 100 sovs
i buy mine in matalan when they are 2 for a £5 and i like them, my wife likes them and i bet even my dear mummy would have liked them bless her0 -

I guess you've both been taught a lesson on buying items instore and what rights you have.
Shops such as M&S, Next and even Primark offer refunds for 'change of mind' which is over and above what the law says they have to.
Lots of people fall into the trap of thinking that every shop has to do this. They don't.0
