It is always added on the second working day backdated to the first, since it will also include interest earned by the money today, tomorrow and Sunday.0

I will be added on the second working day of the month, so this will show on Monday, and get back dated to today, as it does every month.
Same applies for the Halifax Reward payment, and Lloyds interest.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Banking & Borrowing, and Reduce Debt & Boost Income boards. I have never noticed when on the 1st as I dont login and check accounts every other day, I keep a rough balance to the pound on my spending in my head and know what my DD are. Login weekly though, given fraud is rife. Thanks for confirmationSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... I just rang TSB up for this very issue! The representative said it would probably go in over the next few days, so just to keep an eye out and if it doesn't go in by Monday, to ring again.
My Nationwide also went in - I know TSB goes by calendar month but not sure about Nationwide? I assume, given that it went in on the 1st, that Nationwide is by calendar month too.Long-Term Goal: £23'000 / £40'000 mortgage downpayment (2020)0 -

I wonder how many 'where's my money' calls they get on the first of every month
It shows dated as the 1st, even if as above it is understood to be early hours of the 2nd.
Poor TSB, staff dealing with a LBG hangover :rotfl:SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
After midnight, in fact. Usually between midnight and 1.00 am. It's always backdated to the first working day of the month, but it won't show online if you're looking on that day.

Nationwide interest is paid on the last day of each month, regardless of whether it's a working day or not. I've noticed that it tends to go in at around 10pm, whereas TSB always pay in the early hours of the relevant day. Nationwide also work on a calendar month, it's just that TSB interest is paid on the second working day backdated to the first. This month, it'll be paid on Monday and backdated to today.0
