TSB classic plus interest not paid..

Options
Ok so on 30th March I put in £274 42 to make my balance £2,000

Then £250 went out to 5% saver so put another £250 in to make my balance £2,000 so that was just over £500 but My interest didn't get paid this morning.

Should I wait as it might go in later?

Or shall I tell TSB to fix it

I had just logged in here to ask the same question as I only opened my account last month and have met all the t & c.

But the T & C do state interest is paid on the first working day each month?

Might be the end if the first working day - can't remember exactly and not got t&cs handy. This question gets asked most months.

Yes, and it usually appears in your account on the second working day.

That's because it's added very late in the day.

After midnight, in fact. Usually between midnight and 1.00 am. It's always backdated to the first working day of the month, but it won't show online if you're looking on that day.
