Dear Judi
Just to say I am thinking of you after reading your sad news. Sending you love and hugs and wishing you peace.
It is 40 years today since I lost my DM so I can understand the emotions.
As others have said I hope your brother joins with you and helps rather than hinder.
Much love

How did you teach her to do that? Would love to teach my wee pixie.
A friend of mine taught her dog, google it there are loads of videos taking it step by step, it takes quite a while but is so worth it xx0 -
Judi - thinking of you on the loss of your mum, she will have known that you were with her and holding her, may she rest in peace. (((Hugs)))0

Judi, so sorry to hear of the loss of your mum, good that you were with her, she is now at peace, be kind to yourself now.
Hester, glad tosee in your last post that your fighting spirit is back, you have been doing so much, more than can be expected, sort that SW out and continue to help as you can, but do not run yourse lf into the ground......hugs.

Another one with condolences for Judi. I've reached Dubai and sitting in the lounge waiting and thought I'd log in.
Judi - you have given your Mum such love and care, sorting out staff, bringing her titbits to tempt her appetite and holding her hand at the end. You've done more than your share and should be at ease yourself now.
My own sad journey continues. Number one nephew will be arriving in Dubai in a couple of hours and we'll travel the last leg together - well, on the same plane at least!
Hugs to Judi and candlelight and respect to Hester.0 -
Judi, I have just come here and know that your mum has died, my thoughts are with you. I hope that, when the time comes, that I can be a loving supportive daughter, like you xxx
Hester it might be helpful to find a way to enable the SW to understand the reality of family life and family responsibilities. It isn't appropriate for me to say much more I am a little compromised here but a lack of respect and th use of coercive behaviour do not match up with practice standards and values.I was jumping to conclusions and one of them jumped back0
