I'd be happy with 100 free listings each and every month. That'd be more than enough, and we wouldn't have to keep having all these offers.

I know there is another thread about this but I can't find it- but check your private accounts, both of my private accounts have the free listings extending throughout May, 100 a day.

Create your listing(s) in an eligible category during the promotion period using the auction-style or fixed price format and you won’t pay an insertion fee per listing (promotional rate) during the promotion period.

As I know people are trying to work out how ebay decide who is invited and who is not, one of those accounts is used fairly regularly, but certainly less than 100 listings a month (a lot of relists though), the other is rarely used at all.
