Superdrug Tea Tree Facial Cleansing Pads - bought on a whim in the sale (:o) and WBA, I really liked these, they didn't dry out and made my face tingle in a good way.0 -
Some good use ups for the start of April.
1. Amargan everyday moisturising shampoo 500ml
2. Amargan everyday moisturising conditioner 500ml
I liked both of these, they left my hair really soft. However, they were big bottles and I got really bored of them in the end!
3. No7 blissful body wash 50ml. I was given this by my mum. As I've said before, I love the scent but wouldn't pay full price for a bottle.
4. Clinique 7 day scrub cream 75ml. I really don't like this so repurposed it as a body scrub. It's too creamy for my taste but I think I've got another one in my stash as they often come in GWPs.
Boots have changed the No7 body range now, the stuff in the new packaging smells really horrible, cheap, boring and synthetic, nothing like the gorgeous scent of the old range.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

I just think using a body moisturiser on feet/hands/face if I just want to use it up and get it gone or if it's starting to turn if great! I don't see the harm in it if it's still being used but not for it's intended purpose yet still providing some benefit. To be honest tho I probably wouldn't use a cream that's turning bad on my hands too much especially if I'm going to be preparing food...
Like the carmex lip balm I mentioned, my lips never get dry/chapped like that anyway so I don't even know why I bought it! So I think using it on my lips sometimes and repurposing it to use on my cuticles will really help to use it up as it's only a little tiny tube!
Just remembered - literally just finished off the last of my Charlie fragrance before going to work yesterday so now I can move on to the FCUK one my mum bought me 3 Christmases ago that I had forgotten about in favour of those cheap impulse body sprays! :O0 -
I know what you mean about this, I use it but not sure if it does anything or not but my skin is good at the moment so I'm to scared to stop using it! And it does just end quite suddenly, I found that last time.
Ooo where are you going? I'm going away as well on Friday on my hen party but I have no idea where I'm going!! All I know is that it involves a plane and my passport :j
That sounds so much fun, let us know where you end up. I have just returned from a couple of days in Amsterdam, it's lovely getting away for a couple of days.
UUs
11) Bathos bubble bar WBA HG for scent and colour.
12) Pantene mini conditioner WNBA nice enough and a great size to take away fro a couple of days.
13) hotel soap WNBA
14) mediheal AC control mask WMBA nice enough, my skin is currently playing up, I think a couple of days away and the change of my skincare routine had not helped.
Lots of skincare samples but I don't count these as I tend to use them up quickly.
INs
30 sheet/ pot masks from Skin18, great way of trying different masks and such a variety mostly the cheaper end of the market. I will not buy again as I have too many sheet masks but it was worth a punt. They only took 6 days to arrive from ordering.
Sunflower bubble bar
happy pill bath bomb, both from lush but bought from a forum member.
Bareminerals wrinkle repair serum from look incredible delux beauty box which I have cancelled, I was quite disappointed with the box as for me I will not use most items.0 -
Ladies, I was feeling fed up at lunch time (boring work stuff or rather just someone at work winding me up!!) so wandered into Sallys. Decided I deserved a new nail colour!! Amore at the Grand Canal which I'm hoping will be similar to my beloved Off With her Red.
I then also wandered into Boots because I remember reading on the Grab it Thread about someone seeing Soap & Glory on Clearance. The Clearance shelf in my local Boots was like a treasure trove. I eneded up buying 3 x packs of Essential Touch stick on nails for Emma (reduced to £2.50 each), 2 x Sanctuary hand wash bottles reduced to £3.00 each. We are getting low in both bathroom and kitchen although I'll probably only use these in the kitchen. Also got 1 x 500ml Soap and Glory Clean, Girls shower gel reduced to £4.00, 2 x packs of Compeed blister packs reduced to £2.00 each and 2 x Gillette Fusion Proglide razors for MrM reduced to £3.00 each. Pleased with all these and none are unecessary. I'm even actually getting low on shower gel in my stash. At last count I only had 2 full sized bottles which are a Soap and Glory one and a L'Occitane Verbena.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

What is your news? I have been off this week and got some news that finally we have appointed someone to support me at work so some relief is in sight.
Need to make more of an effort with usage of my hand sanitisers too.
I've finally left a job I hate and have been offered a trial of one which is finally going to kickstart my career! Finally got some good luck coming my way!
Hope those of you who have gone off on some travels have a great time and welcome to all our newbies!
I have one UU today:
EOS Vanilla Mint: HG - WDBA.0 -
VALM - well done on your bargain hunting.
Birdnerd - good luck with your new job. I started a new job in February after a lot of years working from home and it has been great - plus I still do my job from home too so great financially as well.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

A few more UUs from today:
L'Oreal Derma Genesis Cellular-Nurturing Day Cream sample - It's a small sample so it's hard to tell how well this worked but I have no complaints.
Nivea Visage Aqua Sensation Moisturising Gel Cream 1.5ml sample - This seemed to work okay and wasn't greasy but since it's a gel, it's probably more suited to wearing in the summer. No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2019 Total UU since 2016 - 396 | Total February UU - 10 -
Brother has just gone off to beautiful Norway to play in a brass band, all expenses paid. Meanwhile I'm off to work to do another sleep in and spend the night cleaning and doing personal care. Methinks I'm in the wrong trade. :rotfl:
Another 2 UU:
loreal elvive extraordinary clay shampoo- WBA really nice smell, made my hair feel lovely and clean and smelling fresh.
Loreal elvive extraordinary clay conditioner- WBA as above, and it was a decent consistency, not watery. Not sure it did as good a job on my hair as the cheaper Garnier fructis did but still nice. Will probably re purchase in future when a decent offer is on.
Will look for something in stash to replace, certainly don't need to buy anything to replace this.No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2015/2016/2017/2018
