I just did this too and got the full 47SB (it was through PL). Not sure what we did differently, but it did credit.

Mine was an email that I received this morning

I'm trying to do the SuperRewards slideshow on no makeup celebs but it's utterly refusing to accept my answers for the "prove you're human" thing.

Fine for me too. Yesterday I was having problems until I did the rebooting the router trick.
Weird, that router thing....thanks for the reminder!

Did it to me as well. I've raised a ticket. Sick of being diddled out of SB through surveys.
Happened to me today as well; was only a 5 minute M&S food one about buying fish, but it's still irritating to complete the survey and then get kicked back to the SB with 1 SB to show for your efforts :(

Has anyone had that more than once? Can't restart the router 3 times a day, there are other people living here  I must take a SB holiday, it's getting annoying sometimes

  • I've just about reached the end of my tether with Swag Bucks. I don't know why, but my rejection rate from surveys is massively higher from this site than it is from any other survey site I'm a member of.

Perhaps it's my own fault for answering honestly, even when you get to that question where you know they want a certain answer and if you don't give it then the survey is going to terminate? Even taking that into account though there seems to be an inordinate number of surveys that let you progress almost to the very end before suddenly deciding that you're ineligible, certainly far more than I've experienced on other survey sites.

I only need a few hundred more SB to reach my next reward card, so I guess I'll keep plugging away until I get it and then reassess whether it's worth my time to continue with this site.

So did I - and mine has not (yet?) - will advise if it does arrive

Email reply this afternoon awarding the full amount of 1000 sb and an apology for it taking so long to resolve.(but no explanation as to why)

Thanks to all those who gave encouragement and info to continue.

Swagbucks should need to realise that good communication has to be worked at.
