Email reply this afternoon awarding the full amount of 1000 sb and an apology for it taking so long to resolve.(but no explanation as to why)
Thanks to all those who gave encouragement and info to continue.
Swagbucks should need to realise that good communication has to be worked at.
Morpho could you tell me what was the 1000sb for

Perhaps it's my own fault for answering honestly, even when you get to that question where you know they want a certain answer and if you don't give it then the survey is going to terminate? Even taking that into account though there seems to be an inordinate number of surveys that let you progress almost to the very end before suddenly deciding that you're ineligible, certainly far more than I've experienced on other survey sites.
I only need a few hundred more SB to reach my next reward card, so I guess I'll keep plugging away until I get it and then reassess whether it's worth my time to continue with this site.
To compare with other survey sites I use and taking Amazon vouchers as a benchmark there should be a minimum of 144 SB per 5 mins (that's while the sale is on, 170 otherwise) yet they offer nothing like that, screen out far to deeply into surveys and unlike any other site I have used do not always reward on completion.
Yet because the SB can be earned on other activities and they may help to reach a daily target or make enough to get a reward I still go for PLabs ones that offer 39 SB for 10 mins which is less than 15% of what could be earned.
(I lost track of time on one today about music but somewhere over 40% done I was losing the will to live when I was told I was guaranteed not to be screened out!)0 -

Another 1SB code:
How will you vote. Of course by redeeming one of these Swag Codes!
To vote “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” by Brenda Lee enter Rockin1 in the Swag Code box!
To vote “White Christmas” by Bing Crosby enter White1 in the Swag Code box! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Pinecone by a mile, unfortunately not many surveys, Onepoll lots of short surveys (£40 threshold) PopulusLive (£50 threshold) and Consumer Pulse (no problems with payouts from any of them).0 -
nCrave BAM auto for 10 SBs just popped up for me.
Click on it, and IMMEDIATELY go to another tab, then you can leave it to run. It will take an age, maybe an hour, but so long as you only click on the tab top, to see if it is finished, not go onto the page itself, or use the slider to see how many clips left to run, it will eventually play through. A useful 10 SBs, possibly repeating from time to time, but don't be tempted to move cursor on the page or it will not continue to run through when you go to another tab. This applies in Chrome for me.0 -
