All ok for me today. Someone posted in last day or two that rebooting their router appeared to help.

Not sure, it just goes to a website with a game on it, it's not an app. If they're expecting you to open the webpage on a mobile that might explain it!

If you don't want to give a survey access to your webcam, don't progress through a Mediacom PL survey which gets you to press F11 to get full screen and early on asks you to look at a blurred image. Half way through it then announces the need to give access to your webcam.
