Just completed Gold survey 1218235 to have it change to an error page, no SBs, no To Do list tick. Ugh!!!!! I have all the necessary screen prints, but it takes more of my time to submit a ticket.

I've tried this twice on two different computers/IPs and it didn't credit on either, I even played the game and entered an email. Not sure what the problem was. I used Chrome.
