What were the details for that 1000sb offer a while back where you got 1000sb for purchasing something through one of the listed companies? I bought a few quids' worth of stuff from Boots but I've not had the 1000sb and it's long past the deadline so I need to know what it was to raise it as a claim.

e: I found the original email. Raising it is tricky as it doesn't come under "offer" as that listed OfferToro etc, and it's not a promotion as that's Collectors Bills etc so I'm not sure what to list it as.

It doesn't make much difference - they will issue a ticket but then ignore you like most others - but best of luck - I raised under Shop and Earn - currently on my 9th unanswered email, ( it is acknowledged each time with "updated" acknowledgement).

That doesn't sound too good. I'm glad I only bought something for a few quid that I needed anyway.

Sigh, no nCrave for me nor even Daily Crave for me and been like that since Saturday! Makes you realise how much you rely on these. Still at least I've gota couple of instant surveys after having none for months.

Did you see earlier or yesterday, a couple of people said that nCrave reappeared after rebooting their routers. No idea why that should work, but worth a try.

  • Some ncraves returned for me today but they're so laggy and flakey I left them alone and stuck to the ones that have been on all week for me, pay less but quick and no fuss and don't make chrome sh*t the bed!

Yes, I did see that and I tried it but it didn't work. Did mean to put that in my reply but forgot. Still hitting low targets but more difficult.
  • For those having problems with 7sb or other ncraves not counting down unless mouse pointer is on the window (and alt-tab doesn't work), try clicking to open the playlist and quickly click to another tab, it seems to countdown as normal when I do this. If you need to check the progress as long as the mouse stays on the tab bar snd doesn't enter the playlist window it should be ok.

At least this works for me.
