I would sleep longer if I could but I can't so heigh ho. That is a good time of th day, quiet and I can listen to the birds. Nobody about so it feels as though the world is waiting for the day, a good feeling.
Eta I usually go to work early, but a, at home this week so can please myself, a treatTravellingAbuela wrote: »Speky, until very recently I was a very early riser (silly o'clock most mornings) and, like AOD, couldn't do a thing about it! Recently, though, I had changes/additions to my medication and, wonder of wonders, I am sleeping better! I usually wake up about 6.00 which, in comparison to previously, is a lie in!! In some ways it's better (ie I am not falling asleep through the day/evening) but, in others, I miss my peaceful, early mornings, spent doing quiet things like reading, knitting, roaming the 'net etc, so as not to waken Mr TA! xx
Thank you for your reply.
Part of me wishes that was me. Able to get up early and be productive, enjoy the peace and stillness. Meanwhile part of me loves my bed and could sleep all day.0 -

Just popping in to let Gers and Judi know I'm thinking of them
Look after yourselves xxx
Spekey I normally leave the house just after 5am as I commute but by being in the office about 3 hours earlier than others I can achieve more in that time than the rest of the day It's my busiest time of year at the moment so may not leave some nights until 6 or 7
Take care all

candlelight hope you get some answers.
root canal went OKish, but have another appointment at the end of April..
Bit unnerving when I got to the dentists this morning walked in to find a young man spark out on the floor and the dentist patting his face whilst another patient was raising his legs. Apparently this young chap was very nervous and literally had fainted when he went to book in !!! he was only about 19 bless him. They got him sitting upright eventually and gave him some water and one of the other dentists carted him off to their surgery not what you want to see just before a root canal filling though:):) good job I think of the dentists as a preference to toothache. All four of the DGS that I have taken to the dentists have had it drummed into them that a dentist is there to prevent toothache happening.Luckily they all go in without a murmur on their own with Granny sitting in the waiting room
:) I have done their dental appointments almost from when they have had teeth
and none of them bat an eye about going. yet my youngest DD is 46 and still needs me there when she has to go
:):) she has a great fear of them after a bad experience with one when she was small. I guess at my age I'm lucky still to have my gnashers left
:):)
Beautiful day eventually, with some gorgeous springlike sunshine, not before time either.
Took the boys up to Dobbies for hot chocolate after school to use up my vouchers as they expire next week.
Hope Gers and Judi are both OK tonight
Cheers chums JackieO xx0 -

Just popped back on for a catch up of the day's events and read CANDELIGHT'S post. I am so sorry your DH is unwell and I really hope the doctor has some positive answers for you both. xx
It's been a gorgeous day here and felt really warm out in the sunshine. More of the same please! Been a busy day doing an assortment of little jobs, including washing, food shopping, bird food shopping and defrosting the upright freezer in the garage (not so warm in there!!) and stock checking in the food cupboards. Stuck to the BSD faithfully today but evenings are my downfall, when I am tempted to sit and graze! I need my hands tying behind my back!
Have a nice evening if you can xxx"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0 -
Just a quick post - am at Mum's house and almost in bed. Just re-arranging my little case and rucksack. I've fitted a wifi extender in Mum's flat as she couldn't get on her iPad in her bedroom, bathroom or kitchen. It was surprisingly easy and she's happy, especially with bedroom access.
Candlelight - I hope all's well with your OH.
I'll be leaving here about 11.30am and will log on when I can.
Thoughts with Judi right now.0
