So what you've bought is probably a badged up Beko.
If you were expecting Grundig to be German designed and built then you're years too late-they went bankrupt in 2003.
Buying a machine for say £300 that only last 2 years is a real false economy. Over 10 years that would cost you £1500!

Most machines have a 1hr wash just don't deliver the load/results
If you check they will not be full load

we changed to the full load eco wash much better results on most clothes
With a delay timer it makes little difference it takes time.
