I'm doing well on the not spending anything non-essential challenge I set myself this month. Only thing I've bought outside weekly shop and petrol has been some sudafed and I'm far better off being able to breathe than saving £3.50.

Amazon has a 20% off sale on kindles at the moment and I'm trying very hard not to buy one. I promised myself I could get one when I had enough in amazon vouchers so I've still got some savings to go. I keep telling myself that they'll go on sale again later in the year and I don't need it right this second.

    Stay strong, rawdinosaur:beer:

I came across a little mantra that I'm determined to adopt for the rest of this year:

wear it out, use it up, make it do or do without

Yeah, right, my cynical self is saying:o. I can try though even if I fail dismally;).

That reminds me I banked another £10 from the change pot, the poor thing is going to all gone soon. Hopefully next month will be a better one for not running out of money x

Have a read through this thread and other challenges on the board. There are plenty of different ways of earning extra money! Good luck.

£25 from Swagbucks. A £5 sale. Two mystery shops yesterday (though not sure I shall get paid for one as they don't put their required times on the paperwork!) so will only count one at £14.
