    £101 is another indication of you superficial understanding of s75.
    £100 is the minimum cost of the item, not the minimum payment by a CC that, theoretically, can be as small as 1p.

    The FOS don't make the Section 75 decision, the card issuer does. It's the total cost of the build that will be taken into account.
