Think that's a lot of faults? Try plugging a Mercedes in and performing a full scan!

Many of the faults appear independent of each other. Looks like coolant temp sensor error or wiring. Also check cylinder head temp is reporting correctly

OP if you could do another VCDS/VAG-COM scan and post again you might get more help.

You might also have a better chance of a fix if you post on several forums. Try these too:

Try unplugging the high pressure sensor for the air con, we had an Octavia with the same problem which we cured by replacing the air con switch.

I used to have a MK5 and if the AC was on, the fans would activate even on a move the car from outside into the garage.

The smaller of the two fans should be on continuously whilst the AC is switched on. I think OP is saying that the larger one (or both) is coming on.
