Think that's a lot of faults? Try plugging a Mercedes in and performing a full scan!
Many of the faults appear independent of each other. Looks like coolant temp sensor error or wiring. Also check cylinder head temp is reporting correctly0 -

OP if you could do another VCDS/VAG-COM scan and post again you might get more help.
You might also have a better chance of a fix if you post on several forums. Try these too:

Try unplugging the high pressure sensor for the air con, we had an Octavia with the same problem which we cured by replacing the air con switch.0
