That Vista Print one with the florist woman, it's the bit at the end where she says 'propah', gets me every time.

Have to agree with the OP. The Leyland painter would be shown the door after the first five minutes. Sat on the bus the other day with some irritating old git (btw. I can call him that as I'm 73!) who was whistling tunelessly for about an hour. Could have strangled him!!!

I have got the Live Pause button on Sky down to a fine art now for anything I haven't already recorded.... however, the few times I've been assailed by adverts the worst have to be all of the bingo ones, the Andrex ones, followed by anything with rude children in.

    And breathe.....

    Here are a few more to add to the list;

SCS Advert(s) - I hate these adverts purely because the silly cow gets so excited over the price of a settee. I'm sure she's not far off orgasm at one stage. Utterly cringeworthly to watch.

Oak Furniture - "No veneer in 'ere" The advert in itself isn't particularly bad (well compared to the likes of others mentioned on here), what is annoying is seeing it repeated ad nauseum to the point of which it just becomes irritating.

Which Free Magazine - Wooden acting at it's very best. I love how some of them stick their hands up as if to say "I've been hacked hehehe". As if you'd be that casual about it!

    Gladstone Brooks
    - ''The banks have set aside billions of pounds for mis-sold PPI payments - yet YOU have done nothing about it''. !!!!!! off you annoying ambulance chasing condescending idiots!

Any Toothpaste or Toothbrush advert - Usually all exactly the same "dentists recommend xyz" Yeah probably because you've paid them £££ to endorse your crappy advert and 'recommend' your product.

The singing Admiral woman is truely irritating!

I miss the old (but annoying) tango adverts, where the orange man sticks a pin in his balloon, but he bursts instead.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

I can't remember the last time I really noticed an advert. They all annoy me!

When I had a TV, I'd mute it during the adverts. Or pause it and watch it delayed so I could skip the ads.

Now I just watch catchup programmes where you can block or skip adverts (or just mute them if all else fails), and use an adblocker on websites.

I am SOOO glad I don't have a TV; these ads would get right up my nose...

I can remember being in a green room at the BBC not long ago where, ironically, they were watching an ITV game-show. I sat and watched it too and the Andrex ad. came on. I remember staring open-mouthed at the ad, it was so dreadful. Bring back the pup.

My current hate is one for a car that does the amazing thing for you!!!!

And what is this amazing thing? Parallel parking. Which means everyone else is amazing every day and I must be a genius.

Ooooh....I hate this one. I don't know why it doesn't just say what the ad execs were thinking when they dreamed it up......

"Women. We know you can't park. So here's a car that does it for you. And it's a pretty colour!":mad::mad:

Like others I find the Go Compare ad so bad that it sends me diving for the mute button.
