I got really excited yesterday when i was invited to do a survey for 10,000 points!!! qualified for it and got half way through, and then it crashed!!! its so frustrating, i either dont qualify, or im too late, or the surveys crash. its gonna take me ages to get any vouchers at all. do you think its worth emailing them about the survey yesterday?

at this rate i may get my hmv vouchers in time for my bithday in october. i will also be using my points for ipoints in future.

I've just redeemed 50,000 points for 1500 ipoints. It's done instantly but in reality is only worth about £7.50. This means you get pennies for each survey but hey it's still free. I'll slog on

I've been waiting for mine since 27 July - thought i'd get them before my birthday - next week :rolleyes:

Dear Michelle,

Thank you for your email. The voucher value is the same value as it was since you ordered them so you should expect a £12 voucher as promised. As it says in the previous email that the voucher should arrive within the next 2 weeks you should expect it imminently. We are just waiting for HMV to clear up some logistics issues and as soon as they arrive here we’ll send them straight out.

4. this email is almost identical to one i got 2 yrs ago :rolleyes: except that was for amazon vouchers and they had had "technical issues" with the order

I am however happy to confirm that the vouchers are in the process of being sent and you should have them in your mail box at some point tomorrow. well - wonders will never cease! This morning I received my HMV e-voucher.

Only a 9 week wait!!
