I finally got my £12 hmv voucher only took me about 2 years to save the points lol

How the hell do you use your e-wallet on hmv i am totally stuck

Click on my account along the top, then click on my e-wallet and there is a place to enter your voucher.

I done that, just cant see how to use it to pay for my order am i being thick lol:o

On the checkout screen there should be a box under around the subtotal and shipping area that is either blank or has 0.00. Click in that, clear any value and type in the value of your voucher or the amount of the voucher you want to use

I think you have to click at the end of the 0.00 and backspace before you can type an amount in. If that doesn't work click at the front and delete.

I had the same problem with my first voucher, took me ages

Ooh just got a packet of baby wipes free from them to test, and they're Johnsons, yay lol! :j

And I am surprised when people are saying it takes forever to save the points, I have been a member for 4 months and got 65,000 points already!
