got a very similar email too ?


hmmmm wonder if it just ALL the rewards that are delayed

avoid this site , you have to chase points for evey survey and the customer service is a nightmare

I was wondering about this. Is this the experience that others are having cashing in their points for rewards other than HMV? Is it all rewards that are delayed?

I got very excited recently when I thought I had enough points to exchange them for a voucher. Sadly in the couple of months between joining and earning the points, Test and Vote had doubled the amount of points needed to get a voucher. I'll be leaving too when (if?) I amass enough points to cash them in.

Also I agree with the comment about getting quite a way through a survey before getting thrown out for being the wrong type. Add that to the number of surveys that are closed within a couple of hours of the email being sent out, and it's pretty frustrating all round.

I've tried to register for test and vote severaltimes recently and cant even get past the validate stage,,,,must be doing something wrong, but looking through the last few posts might not bother now. thanx

as people say its just not worth the hassle

considering they are part of the same group as consumerpulse which has a much better reward scheme etc and you get vouchers for inputing your shopping etc - its a joke really

I agree that T&V it's not that good comparing to other survey panels. It's somewhere at the bottom of my survey list. But just to let you know I exchanged my points to miles&more and received them in about I would say 2-3 weeks so it could be worse.

Still waiting for my HMV voucher too. I certainl;y wont be ordering any vouchers form them in the future however will still be taking their surveys as you can convert your points to ipoints instantly when you have enough .

I'm also waiting for an HMV voucher which I ordered on the 8th of August. I'm not impressed at all.

So many are waiting and are being told different things. OH ordered on 10th July and keeps being told 'a couple of weeks' or 'a few more weeks'. Some have been told a few days. No concrete info.
