Will your ex let you move back in until you find work?

I don't see how you can keep the flat with no JSA or HB.

No that is not on the menu ... The only way Im thinking is really if i rent the room out that way I will be able to pay my rent ... what is better than nothing I suppose ... also I dont want to return to portugal was 11 years here plus i cant just go and leave my kids ... not only that but my her family went to live to bulgaria so really she is also here alone , if something happens to her ? the kids will be here all alone and Im not even around I dont even want to imagine that ... this is all a mess now that I was starting to rebuild my life looks like I will be even worse than what I was to be honest

Look at jobs you wouldn't usually look at.....Fast food restaurants, bars etc...Bars especially will have a quicker start date and more than likely be weekly pay.

Look on the bright side - at least you were given a Council flat which, considering you are a single male, was quite an achievement in itself.

Look on your local freecycle or similar for a bike, it will cut out your bus costs and time restraints.

There is a local scheme about a motorbike but for that I need the job first ..

I will go to the cab tuesday I suppose and see what they will say .. maybe they will ask me to appeal of the decision but as mentioned i dont have any cash neither food and also all the other stuffs .. so guess I dont have time to be waiting also ... returning to portugal its a no since i give 11 years of my life to this town and also raised two kids that are my family ... so I suppose I will be homeless soon or I will just end it everything .

anyway thanks for the help I will go to CAB tuesday and see what happens I just had enough its hard to start from the 0 again but then having the GV cutting ur legs like this makes it impossible really . .. guess no1 can say I didnt tried because I did really .... wish u all the best and thanks again for the help

What makes you think they're the mother? I read it as a non resident parent as it says 'help with kids' but that could just be my interpretation.

I read it that way as well.
