You should be doing this as a matter of course, if anything they've done you a favour and reminded you that you should regularly check your statements.Thanks for all the info, will get back to them and keep you posted. Such an amazing response, thanks everyone
After pressing them they have refunded me for the full order so result

I do hence why I spotted it but I used to thoroughly check everything and then as there never used to be problems I used to think whats the point but then today shows why.0
