Still not happy I had to check my bill and the inconvenience of this but I know for future, thanks a lot.

You should be doing this as a matter of course, if anything they've done you a favour and reminded you that you should regularly check your statements.

I do hence why I spotted it but I used to thoroughly check everything and then as there never used to be problems I used to think whats the point but then today shows why.
