Heya I'm wondering if anyone can help?
I had a contract with vodaphone which started in 2011 and ended in 2013. I cancelled the contract at the end of the 24 months and thought no more of it. Until I received a letter from a debt collections agency advising that I owed £158. I immediately rang vodaphone who told me that the account hadn't been cancelled properly and they were continuing to charge me they also advised to ignore letter e.t.c I spoke to the debt collection agency who advised me to pay other wise it would effect my credit history. So I paid the agency. It is now showing up on my credit report that I still owe them £158. is there any way of getting this taken off? I am trying to buy a house at the moment and obviously it is affecting it.
Many thanks in advance0
