They advised me of delayed delivery and paid £386 and pennies all in delivered. coming soon0

For all the people that have had issues actually getting the Dell computer you've ordered, PM me if you want an address (in Ireland) that you can write to to complain. I'd already made a fuss by email/phone and got a 5% refund, but I then wrote to them too and get my delivery charge refunded in addition.... so in total it worked out to about a 16% refund.
Quite pleased and worth a small amount of effort.0 -
just to update. my dell laptop i cancelled had been despatched but was never delivered, they arranged to have it returned to them from the delivery depot and i received a full refund.
i then wrote and complained about my cost of calls etc trying to resolve this and they are putting £40 in to my bank account as compensation0
