Not really done any cleaning today but never mind. Done 3 x typing jobs so that will help and another 1 in for tomorrow. This evening been practising knitting Continental and also going to have a go at Combination; I like learning new things.

CY will be thinking of you tomorrow and sending lots of hugs and positive vibes plus for DD's fiancee too x

Narco you're well within your rights to be a bit fed up with that student; I would be too and like you said it's eaten into your afternoon.

Bossy glad all sorted re redundancy but work really don't seem to have handled it at all well. Good news re DS too!

Natty sorry to hear about you being unwell and your little car; hopefully you'll start to pick up again soon.

Pigpen sorry DD is unwell and you're still not right. Is OH working part time now?

Right, off to bed as I'm really tired and want to try to be better at housework than today. Night all x

Currently wallowing in my bubble bath, catching up on all the news. Fingers crossed for you tomorrow CY - Hope the chemo suits you better this time x

Well of the week's holiday DH was supposed to have, I've spent only one full day with him as he's had to go into work every day except Friday when I had a melt down. Worked 8 hours Saturday and 10 hours on Sunday, both as unpaid overtime  Today he went to Lincoln at 7am and got back home at 8.30pm to sort out industrial dog-cages for the new van. I feel a tad lonely...

Anyhow - tomorrow is a new day.

I was a lazy mare today and paid for my car to be washed and valeted. It needed shovelling out and fumigating and tbh I cba. Whilst the boys were here doing that I ate chocolate digestives (a whole packet) and then considered getting my maternity clothes out again. I'm trying really hard to give up booze, but the sugar cravings are driving me to distraction  I need to lose over two stones to get back to where I felt good and it's getting me down. I've got a fridge full of healthy stuff, but just want to snack on junk food. I need to get a grip!

Congratulations and comiserations where needed ladies - signing off...x

Had a good morning though not terrible productive as had a fab walk with Whiz; it was so nice being out in the sunshine and he loved running round the field in ever decreasing circles and then playing chicken with me by galloping in and missing me by a couple of mms!! Love him.
Aww, it's just such fun when they do that, isn't it? :D Lucy was very much like that; she also thought it great fun to pounce on Mr LW's feet - though, strangely, she left mine alone.

Jack Spaniel will be here tomorrow - can't wait.

Some Flying has been done; we shall press on as best we can - still getting the hang of this retirement thing. :rotfl:

GWS vibes for all the poorlies.

Back.... when I can. Expect me when you see me. :D

CY hope everything goes well today, and hope dd2's fiance OK.x

Dizzy , chin up re weight loss, if you have a lot of other stuff going on, which you have, I find it's hard to keep away from the biscuits and beer. I tried WW last year, and lost a stone, but the impetus left me and I've put half of it back on.

Mummyroys hope it goes OK today, hugs x

Good luck. Its not your fault you have been ill, this is genuine illness so dont let them make you feel bad about it. I am with you x

Keeping everything crossed for CY today.

Feel a little stressed/anxious at the minute, not sure why except that we seem to have a lot going on.

Both jobs today, need to pop home in between to see DS1 and the dog. Have a good day everyone.

Sorry I have been awol. We have been without Internet. Sk* said we probably needed a new router so we ordered one and the old one started working yesterday. Typical!!!!

Anyway I haven't caught up with the thread but hugs to CY for today.

I went for a lovely walk yesterday morning so little miss got a lovely nap and in total with the school walk as well I walked 6 miles! That helped my fitness pal calories! I have now lost 4lb in three weeks. Only another stone to go!! It will help when I start running but I haven't got my 6 week check for another three weeks (which will be my 9 week check!!!) I have my physio appointment tomorrow as my stomach muscles have seperated but after talking to a few people who hsve had the same I'm not holding out much hope for it to get 'fixed'.
I will post a list when I get back from the school run. Hugs to you all x
