Had a good morning though not terrible productive as had a fab walk with Whiz; it was so nice being out in the sunshine and he loved running round the field in ever decreasing circles and then playing chicken with me by galloping in and missing me by a couple of mms!! Love him.

Then back home, done load of washing and 2 typing jobs. Not a lot really but chatted to Mum for over 30 mins as me and J are yet again a bit volatile but I think all settled again now I've stood my ground (hopefully). Need to get passport photos done for kids later so will go to town when they get back from school, get them done and get us a sneaky tea somewhere very naughty I expect.

    Hi all

I'll be in of sorts this week. Although I did my kitchen last night, just need to mop when the beastlets are in bed.

Have finally been served my notice today. Phew. It's been a long and rather stressful road, but we are *almost* there. I have three months notice and they are not offering garden leave - but I will get time off for good behaviour. I'm signed off until 18th April and I will tag 3.5wks holiday onto the end so should be able to finish by May half term. Phew!
Should be celebrating really but they've made it so difficult that I just feel disheartened and disappointed. I'm sure I'll pick up in a few days though.

Thanks also for the kind messages re Master Moo - he's been much better while I've been off work. He's still seeing the school lady, and we have some lovely chocolate probiotics that seem to have done wonders for his tum so much improved. We are going to make him a dream catcher tonight, as he still has bad dreams but these are not driving him to fury any more. Double-phew!

We are looking forward to our holidays :)

Right, I need to go for bread before I do the school run!

    See you soon!

Very glad to hear that your future is more settled, Bossy, and that Master Moo is also on the up again. Holidays sound like a good idea! xxx

I have almost finished putting together the presentation for this evening's Old Wives meeting - just need to adjust the timings now, and maybe swap a few slides round.

I have also done WMx3, while DH went to the U3A Canals Group meeting. Wish I could have gone too, but commitments have to be honoured.

The lawn needs cutting this week, and the rest of the garden could do with a tidy round. Perhaps tomorrow afternoon?

Bossy glad things are sorted, of a sort!

Bit frustrated here; I specifically sent a text to my only student this morning to double check she still wanted a 2hr tutorial. Yes please she said at 12. I got there for the agreed 2.30, and she clearly had a very bad cold and after 50 mins decided she needed to go home. I didn't disagree with her going home, just wish she'd decided that at 12 so I wouldn't have had the journey. In theory I could charge for 2hrs as that is what I was booked for; it's just disrupted my afternoon.

    Whinge over.
Emptied DW and now back to a report.

Glad things are slowly sorting themselves out for you and little moo bossy.

Was good and did all the ironing before work it's all been put away and a load of junk and littler cleared from ds1s room. what does he expect leaving home for a week. I've stripped his bed and thrown a load of clothes I don't think fit him on it for him to go through when he gets back. Told ds2 if his roo. Isn't tidied tonight it gets the same treatment tomorrow.

Another two bags of paper and card recycling out then realise it's good Friday this week so drive is going to be covered in bags for a fortnight!!!

Just throwing pizza in for ds2 and a friend as they are going to the theatre tonight to see an inspector calls - School thing for exams

Hopefully I can sit down with my book or knitting while they are out.

Hope the poorlies a feeling a bit better.

CY will be thinking of you tomorrow. X

Mrs MP thanks for the books advice

Bossy I'm glad the end is in sight and you will not have to work too many days

Natty hope you are fully fit soon, shame about your car but great you have a new one.

Managed to dust downstairs before the paid stuff. Not managed much since then, having a bit of a tearful day.

Going to clear up from dinner and may take an early night.
