    Last weekend of the month or quarter can be either a good or bad thing.


    The last time I was buying a car, the first salesman would not give any discount whatsoever. He told me he'd already made his months quota!!


    Garage number 2 - the guy bent over backwards to do a deal.


    I would definitely always aim for the last weekend of the month / quarter, but just chat to the salesman & see if he's as eager to do a deal as you.
