Congrats on that big weight loss! Excellent work! :j
I have lost .5 lb. Boo! Well it's something but not enough to help my feelings!
Also loved the monthly update. You are certainly in the swing of things. You really sink your teeth into whatever you are doing. Admirable trait !!!
We drove to the next town over and met our middle daughter to pick up her two dogs. We are keeping these girls while Trish goes to ARUBA!!! We got a paid for lunch at a wonderful steak place.:D
Looking forward to you next update.Overprepare, then go with the flow.

Well done on the weight loss HJ

Mila half a pound is still weight off. Better than putting on. It's taken me since January to lose 5.5lbs but already my clothes are looser.
Here's to a good week for us all

Well hello everyone!! I dropped off the side of the world there for a while due to a brief down phase. After a cracking start to MSE world and tons of encouragement from all of you I lost the plot a little. Stress at work with a previously pleasant person got the better of me. But I'm feeling better now and more up and go!!
I've still been following everyone's diaries and doing my best each day with varied success. Thanks brizzle and Mila for asking after me! You both cheered me up.
I have big news today. My son just rang and announced he is getting married on 11th June!!!!! They've been engaged for a year but have been waiting for her parents approval. They don't like the ten year age gap (he is 10 years younger than her). Her parents will never approve so they are going ahead. I'm very pleased as she's lovely and they are devoted to one another. So one stone to lose in five weeks and an outfit to buy with very little budget. Watch this space!!!
I hope you are all very well and had a great bank holiday. Now I'm out of my pit I feel I will write more. XxxWith family, friends and pets (or any combination of them) life will be fine!
