I'm a feisty independent woman, always will be, but ever since I can remember, I wanted to be in a committed relationship. I wasn't for the most part of my life, and even though I always find happiness and contentment without a partner, there was always missing. Meeting my partner confirmed this. We have both remained very independent, much more than the average couple, but are totally committed to each other and since sharing my life with him, I have felt totally fulfilled.
Really no right or wrong about it, and I really don't believe that it is about dependency, it is just that some people are happier sharing their life with someone else whilst other aren't.0 -
