For future developments/discoveries, yes. No dispute there. But with respect to the existing fields, they belong to the UK, and have done for 50 years. Why would Scotland just be given any of the UK's fields any more than Norway's or Denmark's?
Yes. Existing fields won't be in UK waters anymore. How could they be ? They'll be Scottish waters from independence day. Licences and revenues will go to the Scottish treasury.

    Uk waters = Uk treasury.
    Scottish waters = Scottish treasury
    Norwegian waters = Norwegian treasury.

Theres no Scottish waters = Uk treasury.
It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?

I thought you liked people declaring their independence of distant capitals of which they feel little affinity?

Surely you're not, saying what's good for the nationalist goose is bad for the unionist gander?

I foresee another Falkland Islands. At least the P and O ferries won't have so far to go this time!
Please don't. I've been down this silly rabbit hole on these threads more times than I care to count.

Translates, "This is another one of the dozens of problems facing an independent Scotland that I don't have an answer for but have been asked repeatedly about. Therefore I will once again dance round the subject and not give an answer claiming it is beneath me."

As we have seen from the Brexit negotiations, what you want ain't necessarily what you get. :)
From the Westminster point of view, that's true yes.
Which bodes well for Scotland. :)

So when Shetland declares independence of the independent Scotland to stay in the UK will you a) accept it and b) give up the revenue back to the UK

How are you going to deal with lost revenues as oil stays low or the party moves to greener times and stops producing?

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Westminster sold Scotland out last time with the oil.

The oil has to stay in the ground but we need to move to green energy
Scotland has lots of green (wave) and green (wind) potential.

One report I saw reckoned Scotland had 25% of EUROPES potential reserves.

    https://www.crownestatescotland.com/media-and-notices/news-media-releases-opinion/preparation-starts-for-new-offshore-wind-leasing-in-scotland

We need indy soon to stop the UK selling us out again. Scotland needs to steward it's own assets

Westminster is selling our wind potential -and we may end up poorer if the previous experience is to be relied on
    baldly going on...

Unionists don’t need to go on marches as they already have what they want.

Tbf if I lived in Scotland and was a unionist I wouldn't bother to go to one of the marches. There isn't the faintest chance of independence happening within the next 50 years, so what would be the point?

I think you might be missing the West of Scotland nuances here......
