Avoiding the question again, I see.
So you hope.
Honest? You are joking aren't you? You have been caught out posting a number of outrageous fibs on this thread.
And it's about time you dropped the attitude.
Here's an example of a a patronising insult you delivered to a poster named cogito.
But your explanation of the Barnett formula was a pile of nonsense. The Barnett formula has no statutory basis, whilst UK taxes are a matter of law. I'm puzzled as to how you can be so wrong about something, and yet have the cheek to insult other posters for not sharing your delusion.
As I have said before, I cannot dismiss the possibility that you are a Unionist troll, dedicated to the cause of smearing SNPers. I find it difficult to believe that someone can be so wrong about almost everything, whilst demonstrating a complete lack of knowledge on the subject.:)
I've debated GERS and Barnett 100's and 100's of times since I landed here in 2010, with Hamish and Generali mostly. I can't really be a***d doing it again, and certainly not with someone who comes across as so 'angry' all the time. You aren't saying anything that hasn't been said before either am afraid. Anyone who follows these sorts of Scotland threads already knows I can hold my own in terms of what I know or what I don't know.
Cog's a big boy. Am not sure he needs a wee helper to look after him like he's a child... or maybe he does ?It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?0 -

No I don't but I'd still like you to show me where I said any of the things you claim that I said.0 -

Perhaps, but this is not the way to do it. If minimum pricing is introduced where will it be applied?
A the point of sale which just enhances the profits of (in the main) the supermarkets.
It is also lowest common denominator which just punishes the vast majority of the people of Scotland.
A very poor and ill conceived attempt at legislation.0 -

The full scale of teacher cuts under the SNP government has been disclosed after it emerged that almost 200 heads are being forced to run more than one school.
Official figures obtained under the Freedom of Information Act found that 191 headteachers - almost 10 per cent of the total - are in charge of more than one school in Scotland.

They have the cheek to slag off the UK government!
The Nats are driving Scotland over the cliff. Time Nicola resigned or the rest of them called for a vote of no confidence to end this shambles.0 -

No. That's the UK Govt and Corbyn's Brexit stances.
Spot on Kevin McKenna. We are also now beginning to see why Scots voted 2:1 to remain in the EU. The thinktank Centre for Cities has predicted that Scotland's major cities will suffer the worst consequences of Brexit, hard or soft, owing to their higher than average exposure to international markets. Aberdeen is expected to be hardest hit, losing up to half a billion over the next 10 years.
Nicola Sturgeon and her SNP government have been quiet since the general election. Faced with Britain’s shambolic Brexit, they may be happy to let events reach their dismal conclusion. Then persuading their compatriots to vote for an independent Scotland returning to the EU will be far easier.
Let's hear what Ruth and her Tory MP's have to say over the coming months shall we ?We already know that a rapid loss of EU subsidies is among the threats posed to the vast majority of Scottish farmers’ security by undermining their land prices. It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?0 -

Officers have begun leaving the British Transport Police ahead of its controversial integration into Police Scotland, it has emerged.
It's all about centralisation and control and those affected are voting with their feet!
Remember the VAT debacle on the mergers of the Regional Forces in Scotland in to a National Force? The NATs went ahead with that in the full knowledge of the VAT implications!

A minority that includes Professor Curtice.
"British politics died on September 18th 2014. There is no such things as British politics. Rather there is Scottish politics, Northern Irish politics, and English and Welsh politics."
This statement was made one week before the latest GE farce in Glasgow at a Times+ seminar.0
