We are having our usual quiet day, all in all we have had a very peaceful holiday. I got exactly what I wanted from WaSp which was socks! I collect socks like other people collect bags and shoes. I have 20 new pairs, this makes for a happy WaS. I think I need more...
Aw! put a sock in it, WaS! :D:D:D :rotfl:

Had a lovely afternoon, went sale shopping with MIL and DS and littlewing. I got xmas cards for next year - really lovely glittery ones - I do like sparkly things. Saved a fortune.

I also bought a present on a whim for MIL - a bag she liked, which will be put away until the 'occasion'. It had an extra 25% of which made it within budget.

WaS you still need to avoid the news
Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

I haven't been dressed for over a week unless essential. Have the most awful cough and cold.

I just had a shower and changed into fresh pjs.

Ww - well done on the bargains. I've learned that I can't do that, because if I buy wrapping or cards, I trip over them all year, then when it's time to use them, they mysteriously disappear, only to reappear immediately after Christmas.

You need a dedicated 'presents and cards' drawer or similar!

I have got a present cupboard which I love as I can just chuck stuff into it. It saves me an absolute fortune to get more organised than try to do it as the birthdays crop up.

What did you do about your gift boxes for your bottles, code?
