Friendly waves to anyone that needs them today, sounds like a few people!

Just booked my smear test, finally!!

Also just had the heath visitor round and Escapette scored almost full marks on the questionnaire thingy so she is doing fine. I can relax on my worrying for a bit more. And Little Sod didn't even try to eat the health visitor, so all in all a good appointment.

Can't decide whether to list eBay stuff this afternoon, or take the monsters out Pok!mon hunting. I know which is most productive but I also know which will give me most peace

    Gosh tea, words fail me...

Yep! Was particularly galling as I've forked out over £350 just today on various work expenses (hotels, trains, etc). I'm always running a few weeks behind as expenses take a few weeks to come through so the company always owes me money - so very annoying for them to not even pay me correctly!

    Evening all.

I massively overslept today - but fortunately, so did mum! Had a weird dream where I managed to destroy the universe in its entirety while the chorus of Within Temptation's "And We Run" was playing over and over again. Fortunately, the multiverse theory turned out to be true, so it was only a minor problem.

So I've been behind today but managed to get some chores done, a couple of blog posts, and E's sister is losing her job cos of EU-funding being pulled so I offered my skills to make her CV look sexy... as sexy as a CV can look anyway.

Eep Tea! I would not be happy if someone deducted £250 from my payroll! Hope you can get that sorted nice and quickly.

Hope everyone's doing alright. Sorry to hear work is still stressing you out Code. :(

Ebay have just emailed me to ask if I'm still interested in a black purple tutu skirt. Code's fault, obviously :rotfl:

Oops. My apologies. Weirdly I do not have any of those emails despite being the one who wants the tutu skirt. :rotfl:

Tea - I'd be furious at having to shell out £350, let alone have £250 for childcare vouchers deducted. I hope it gets resolved soon.

Work continues to suck sweaty balls. I'd quite like a lottery win that's enough to set up my kennels, then I could just spend mt days with all the dogs.

hi guys, I'm epically losing it since the gynae appnt on fri when I lost it and threw things around the room. this new housing agency is pressurisaing me to sign a quick"break clause"so my landlord can evict me easily and even though im on a rolling contract, they are saying that ends on dec 18th, S he is def getting me out on or before the 18th dec nd now they are doing a housing inspection this fri, it's all got too much for me.. my friend who is my guarantor rang them today and they made it clear to him the landlord wants the flat back, I lost it again today upon hearing that and my friend went mental down the phone, and all the resentment and anger he has for me for all the surgeries and illness he had to act as my next of kin and all the anger he has that I'm sp traumatised by the last 5 ears and so mentally ill and not coping, came out and he yelled at me that I was no loger his responsibility, he is no longer I feel like so many bombs have gone off d I can't shield myself from them any more.
I have nowhere to stay, nowhere to go, noone to help me.. I am going tro lose my home and I cant handle it.. I've been evicted so many times , it happened 5 years ago and I'm stikll traumatised by it and I cant go through this again, not with no options, and I keep getting told that I'm not a "vulnerable adult in priority need" as I'm not pregnant and don't have kids, and all the things that I desperately need like the mnetla health place, my surgeon even though i hate him for causing the negligence, my 2 remaining friends, my care agency, my cats, none of it seems to man that they have a duty of care to hose me in my town that I've been in all of my adult life. I am so terrified, the eviction is going to come and I am so screwed.. I feel so fragile and vulnerable and small.. I'm that frightened little kid who's never felt safew or secure.. I am really scared now of my mind asI cant hold it together even vaguely any more..I can't take any more bombs, I just cant .
Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE :)

I am so sorry that you are going through this, Faerie. First all all, please call Shelter. Your case is different now to before so they should be able to advise you. Secondly, if they can evict you (and I am not sure if they can or what is happening there, Shelter will know), you have until December to get something into place.

You may not be classed as a vulnerable adult for social housing but I think you would be for a private tenancy. I was told that because I am vulnerable I would be given a list of landlords kept by the council who do take people on benefits, they don't advertise these normally and keep them for vulnerable people.

You have 4 months to arrange something if your fears come true, plus you could have even longer because your landlords can't actually evict you on the date they give you to leave without a court order if you choose to stay after that date, so that could easily add on a couple of months. Try to break it down into tiny steps, first of all tell Shelter everything and learn what your rights are go from there. Do you have a key worker at the BPD centre? They may also be able to help.

    Have a big comforting hug.
