Sorry about the job HBS :(

What's the game you posted the images from Lambyr? I played EQ many years ago (my main character was a high elf wizard), and it doesn't look like that.

Back to traffic chaos this morning though - have to drive through HUGE road works on way to work and back. The work is scheduled to last 3 years but is a year behind schedule already. The traffic lights were out this morning and the queue was enormous... not going to be a fun drive home. I definitely need air con!
    ? x

    I've got air con....but it doesn't work....

Was so chuffed when I got the car and I was like 'yes, finally I have air con'. :j Soon realised it needed re gassed, took it to KF and they said they couldn't do it for some reason or other....!!!!!!!

Hope there's not too long a queue on your way home tea :)

Sorry you didn't get the job HBS :( Anything else lined up?

Hope you manage to get a better nights sleep tonight Melly.

Pyxis, he says he forgives you :rotfl: Pong, so simple but a good game too! I'm not into gaming myself, but prefer retro gaming if I had to choose something to play. No offence to those into fantasy role playing games (or whatever the title is?) but I once made the mistake of showing an interest about WOW to a guy at work, and he droned on about it every time I saw him and tried to get me to sign up....no doubting his passion for it that was for sure!

It's so annoying when something like that happens, I completely sympathize. My tablet has this alarm sound to tell you when it gets to 15% battery remaining. It went off in the lounge at 3am one night last week and it's so loud it woke me up in bed. Was unimpressed!

On my phone I have an app called "Llama" that allows you to set up rules to control how much noise the phone makes based on time and location. I have a general rule that makes it silent between 10pm and 7am, only the alarm clock app can override it. Because I was getting fed up with the "new email" and "friend has posted on facebook" notifications in the middle of the night. I don't have a good enough memory to remember to set it to silent before going to bed every night so need something to do it for me automatically :o

My tablet (nexus) does similar ono and it's so useful. It's got a DND function so the only noise it makes is it I use the alarm. I have real issues with noise (keypad tones make me murderous) so finding that was most helpful!

So do I, and always turn them off when I get a new device. D on the other hand likes the noises to be on. The constant click click tap tap does my head in.
