Georgie, can you not post a picture of the dress?
If I was after a paisley pattern and received a dress with that pattern, I wouldn't be pleased. (Not because it's not a nice pattern, but because my idea of paisley isn't that pattern, IFSwIM!)

WaS, it was interesting to hear from Lucee. She seems a bright little soul. If I remember, you have other 'others'? I can't remember who they are now.

Faerie, I didn't see you'd posted either (the joys of trying to dip in and out on a phone). Will have a look through and try to find your post.0

Found you faerie! Sorry to hear you're feeling low at the moment, hopefully the meeting on Friday will be helpful. I definitely know what you mean about foundation.... hot weather and chronic acne do not mix!
Hope today's a good day xx0 -
Thanks for the translation!
In other news, remember the conversation about bird poop on cars? Oppsie Woopsie.......finally cleaned the stuff off my car bonnet and lo and behold the paintwork is marked. Doh!
However my research on the bird poop removing product has led me to find water free car washing products which I am most interested in as my study has moved onto water resource management!
BIg squishes to all - sorry for lack of posting but currently got a lot on and stressing a wee bit ( not hulking thankfully) and desparately trying to complete latest assignment before holiday.
**restocks the squish cupboard, throws Jaffa cakes about and returns to fort library to continue assignment**0 -
Love that wallpaper... I do love a print!
Had a great day yesterday. Saw Joseph (and his coat!), fantastic production. I'd forgotten just how funny the show is. I'd spent the last week in a panic as I booked the tickets so was convinced they were the worst ones possible but it was all good.
.
Hehe me too! Everyone was like "Oh" when they saw it on the roll but loved it when it was on the wall!
Joseph is one of my all time favourite musicals! My Mam and Dad took me down to London to see it at the Palladium because I was in love with Jason Donovan! I played the songs from it constantly for months after! I saw it again with D a few years back but I've forgotten who played Joseph now.
Glad you had a great day tea!Solarjunkie wrote: »Faerie - I'm surprised you haven't had replies, the people on this thread are usually very good at offering support when someone is feeling low.

Georgie, I would use Paisley in the description, as the pattern is along those lines, maybe Paisley style for example. I will only buy things that give plenty of description, what use is "medium" for example, I need measurements!
But the puppet feet got my vote!
The feet puppet were awesome too!
Hats one thing I'm always a bit lax about doing, putting measurements in. I'm always frightened I'll measure it in the wrong place and therefore give false measurements.
Yeah, it's a tricky pattern and it was bugging me what to put in the description.
So sorry faerie for missing your post.I was basically on eBay for most of the night and only popping in here to ask the material question. I must have listed nearly 30 items and all off my phone, like I said, think I went abit cross eyed lol!

Have to go out shortly for an emergency committee meeting, which means there's bound to be drama  . Would prefer to have a lie in as I'm still not 100% and I really don't do drama even when at my best.
Melly I did post something last night, then read it back and the humour I intended did not come through and I couldn't find a way to re-word it so that it did, so I removed it again.Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230 -

I know, I love retro, esp 50's/60's!
I always upload many photos to the listing too, so they can get a good idea of the item from all angles. Do you mean upload another photo here?0 -
