We had a load of hail, earlier, just as I was going out! It soon stopped though, after about half an hour. Then sunny again. Cold though.

:rotfl: Never heard of it lol!

Snow stopped about 15-20 minutes after I posted and then it was sunshine again! Still cold though.

(Pyxis may throw her hands up in horror at that as my tenses are a bit all over the place, and I don't know passato remoto yet, so probably should have used it once or twice instead of imperfetto)

And now in English, a little rant :p

I went to a restaurant, I asked in Italian for a table ("avete un tavolo per una persona") and the waitress replied in Enalish. She gave me a menu in English, so I ordered in English. She didn't understand, so I repeated in Itaian, which she did understand. Then she continued in English!

Why am I learning this language again?! :p

Over 30,000 steps today according to my phone, no wonder I'm knackered! Sorry for not replying to everyone, been a busy day.

I'm actually not Melly, I have very little confidence in my Italian and panic when there's a word I don't know or don't understand. So even after five years of study, I panic a lot.

Seems like you're doing pretty well to me!

Haven't got a scooby what you just said though! Something about wifi is all I got! The wifi wasn't working?

Who was it who upset you, WaS (not their name, just roughly how they are known to you). Was it BIL? Or a random stranger?

I bought a new photoalbum today for some older family photos (most are now online, but these I wanted in an album for littlewing to have easy access). If I could get over my laziness, I could start on it now.

Catching up on thread, in the meantime: Pip form has been sent off, had a very honest conversation with Swain over money, and experiencing suicidal feelings at times, and thats about it. Came out of that feeling a little relived the form is done, and reassured about how much i mean to Swain and how we do have a future (i've avoided sharing how i have suidical thoughts for the whole time we've been together but he asked me to be honest about whats worrying me and i felt i needed to be honest).
