Probably too late but I can recommend the Humax DTR-T2100 (sometimes referred to as G4?). It has been excellent over the last 6 months. Apparently it's much faster and responsive than the Humax T10xx and T20xx range. Never seems to be sold through Humax Direct though (only ever seems to be available at retailers like Currys, John Lewis etc).

I think the G4 is the BT branded pvr. They are very reasonably priced on Amazon at <£140

Set the DTR 2000 up this morning but didn't have a chance to play with it. Just wanted to check re the you view app? Does pairing it with the PVR have any negative side effects? I know for the HDR 1000s it does but wasn't sure on the DTR 2000

Walcott, a DTR 2000T isn't a YouView. Thats branded as a DTR T2000. The BT branded YouView is branded DTR T2100 (and is also referred to as a G4).

Not going great so far. The DTR T2000 is having a lot of failed recordings and the HDR 1000s did not work
