Train car park Indigo parking fine

Any work know how for regulated and enforceable P(penalty)CN notice I just received for parking (3 not in correct area ) can be £60/£120 ?

I though parking ticket could be set at 3 lelves

£25/50 £35/70 ( Dartford crossing ) £50/100 London ?

has thsi gone up or are Indigo not following this and taking the mickey ?
