Wow. When you put it like I suppose I have. Hadn't really noticed. Thank you Joey, as always, for your input. A little pick-me-up.0 -

So do I. Looks like it might be next Saturday if our diaries align. Fingers crossed.0 -

Badminton yesterday evening was cancelled as we couldn't get a court. Quite thankful actually as it allowed me to get my shopping in for the remainder of the week and fill up in petrol too.
Came home and made dark chocolate almonds with sea salt. Lovely when craving something sweet.
Football tonight to the tune of £3.50.
Noticed last night that my weekend away and binge eating (and I mean proper binge eating) has added a layer of fat to my midriff so I'll be working extra hard with my nutrition and exercise to get that away. Totally worth it though.
Realised yesterday that I haven't bought myself clothes in probably a year. Most things are outdated and out of shape. I think I'll have a look and see if there's any sales on. Particularly if I've a date this month!!0 -
Exciting about the date
Have you been round any charity shops - I went to a nice part of town and picked up OH some designer shirts at a totally bargain of about £3 each.
Goals are looking good - really should re do mine thanks for the inspiration!Debt: £14,000 now £2169Emergency Fund: 1000/ £1000:j0 -
The charity shops around me aren't very suitable for someone of my age. Tends to be full of stuff for older ladies.
I'm enjoying having the goals and giving me something to strive to and track my progress. Defo something I'll do every year.0 -
Don't have much to report at the moment.
I searched the online sales and bout myself a pair of trainers and a jumper with next day delivery for under £35, so I didn't break the bank.
Visited my gran last night as I do on the first Thursday of every month, she's absolute star, a gem of a woman and I love her to bits. We shared a lovely meal of some giggot chops and boiled veg and had a right good chin wag.
No plans for tonight however I might start a Friday Tidy as I seen on the O/S thread here. Saturday I have a game of footie in the morning then possibly a date in the evening but nothing's set in stone yet. Sunday I'm going to see my flat to take measurements. Nothing too exciting.
Happy Friday everyone0
