I provided proof of attendance at the cinema to PE via means of a banking statement.

I look forward to my offer from LBCCC.

    Thanks for your help
  • Hi,
Could you tell me if you had any luck with your PCN appeal or what the outcome was ?
I've just today received a PCN from PE for parking in the St Helens College car park when visitng the cinema, and I'm wondering what to do next !
    Many thanks

You need to read the sticky thread 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST' and not an irrelevant thread by someone who lost at POPLA.

You are going to appeal so you need to read the advice on the forum 'sticky' (top threads permanently stuck there giving advice).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Hi,
Thanks for your suggestion about reading the Newbies section on this site about the appeals process etc, but I'm unfortunately still very unsure if it would be worth appealing or just stalling paying. I don't know if people are familiar with the car park(s), but the leisure car park and the college car park aren't physically seperated just one big car with what must be allocated sections for each. There isn't need to pay in the leisure car park but you're meant to have a permit to park in the college section unless it's at particular times of the day in which case, I think, anyone can park there.
Has anyone faced a similar PCN and had any success with appealing ??
    Thanks for your help

None of that is relevant to the challenge.

You need to just appeal online as the 'registered keeper' - use the template in the NEWBIES thread, just to get a POPLA code, and read PE POPLA appeal examples in the meantime so you're ready to start your own thread at POPLA stage with a draft POPLA appeal to show us, in June.

No more replies on this old thread.
