Why havent you taken the advice posted previously?
you should also remove any reference as to who may be driving, no He/She/Husband/Brother/uncle and so on, just refer to it as the driver, or i beleave the vehicle parked/visitied.
To jog your mind Coupon mad posted thisSo you need to set it aside because you are too late to pay it off without it still showing on your record for 6 years as 'satisfied'. Setting it aside removes it and allows you to then defend if the PPC proceed.

Parking eye are a nightmare. I have now got a nice lil ccj. Cars registered in my name, however, I wasn't in the car it was my husbands daughter. I have told them it was her because of this ccj and they don't want to know. All I can do is either wait the time pug or pay it.
You need to start your own thread otherwise it will get confusing.
