Why havent you taken the advice posted previously?
you should also remove any reference as to who may be driving, no He/She/Husband/Brother/uncle and so on, just refer to it as the driver, or i beleave the vehicle parked/visitied.

To jog your mind Coupon mad posted this
So you need to set it aside because you are too late to pay it off without it still showing on your record for 6 years as 'satisfied'. Setting it aside removes it and allows you to then defend if the PPC proceed.

Search the forum for the words 'set aside CCJ' to read other threads and save us repeating what's already here several times over! You'll also learn more from other people's cases.

Parking eye are a nightmare. I have now got a nice lil ccj. Cars registered in my name, however, I wasn't in the car it was my husbands daughter. I have told them it was her because of this ccj and they don't want to know. All I can do is either wait the time pug or pay it.

You need to start your own thread otherwise it will get confusing.

If you do can you give a more detailed outline of what happened and whether you defended the claim?
