The following article was referenced from Reddit and imho is incorrect.

You state if the bank does not recover the funds you can go to small claims but how are you going to do that as they bank cannot give you the recipients details (name and address) to serve papers from small claims or MCOL.

You would need a Norwich Pharmacal order to obtain that
