Strange paint bubbles on pained kitchen wall? what are they?

    Hence me pointing out to wait until all the plaster has gone back to being a very light pink. Once everything has been scraped off (a metal scraper is best) and left to dry for a week or 2, there should be no more problems. (unless something is hiding behind the units which is why I have suggested removing the bottom cupboard to double check.

    Well I painted over it.

    However, after 2 coats of paint I can see still where the old paint meets the plasterboard.

    Also the rollers didnt work well and there are some uneven bits of paint on the wall. What do people recommend I do now?
