I'm beating you by 3 years I think, only 2 to go (well 1 year 11 months).
I am lucky that, being a 1953 baby, mine is still 65 but DW (1954) has been extended. After all the years of paying Taxes, Stamps etc I think it is disgusting. Seems common sense to let older people enjoy retirement so that there more jobs available for those that need them. I have always paid into Personal Pensions as well as the State but the likely return has been decimated over the last decade. I am meeting my Financial Adviser next week but have no idea how things will pan out.
Luckily I have property income to help but I hope that we won't be affected too much, fingers and everything else crossed!

    Because thats not their job.
This forum is not moderated, it is a money making enterprise and the owners (who paid a lot of money) are not interested in paying someone, or two thousands of pounds because "some" people have thin skins and keep hitting the report button.
It achieves very little, as posters have already said, just ignore.
People only keep trying if they get a response, anyone can post what they like about me my online skin is like elephant hide.

I agree to a certain extent, I have most of the clowns on ignore so only see their bile when it unfortunately gets quoted and don't respond when I do see it.

If they continue in the same vein I believe this thread will be closed within a week but I guess that is what they want. :(

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
